We are proud to be certified by the Forestry Stewardship Council, an independent, nonprofit, non-governmental organization based in Bonn, Germany, that provides standard setting, trademark assurance and accreditation services for companies and organizations interested in responsible forestry.

The FSC "Smartwood" certification means that we uphold the FSC standards through the chain of custody until your floor is delivered. We work with loggers and lumber mills who are also certified to make sure that the wood we use and the flooring and moulding you receive is not just beautiful, but responsible - ensuring that the next generations will appreciate not only the hardwood floor, but the forest it came from!
